Local Agents Invited to Launch of Quercus

A group of local real estate agents were recently invited to visit the site of the second project of the Real de La Quinta resort, Quercus.

Located just behind and above the first development, Olivos, it also enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views from every apartment.

The first phase of 36 apartments has just been released to the market and is already creating significant interest. Built over 7 buildings each with only 4, 5 or 6 apartments, each apartment is essentially a corner unit with the privacy that this brings with it.

After the site visit the agents were invited to a brief presentation of the project and lunch at the La Quinta Golf Clubhouse.

From the positive reaction received we fully expect Quercus to carry on exactly where Olivos has left off!
