Visual tool to discover Romero

For us, it is essential to offer users a realistic and immersive experience from the outset, which is why we have developed an immersive visual tool to promote Romero. This tool allows you to freely explore Romero's apartments, a virtual tour that connects the interior of the homes with their surroundings, showing their exact location, current availability and outstanding services. 

Step-by-step features of the visual tool 

Technology is no longer just a screen: now you can walk through the home of your dreams. This advanced tool offers a detailed view of Romero, bringing you closer to every corner from any device. The tool consists of eight intuitive features that allow you to access useful information before making a purchase decision, or contact our team to receive information about those aspects that are of interest to you. To access them, simply click on each of the icons at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions below: 

• Availability: shows the available apartments. Properties that are not available are shown in red and those that are available in green. By clicking on them, you can see basic information about the surface area, price and floor plans.
• Freewalk: offers two tours of the different apartments: a penthouse with a solarium and a ground floor apartment with a garden. You can access them from buttons 01 (penthouse with solarium) and 02 (ground floor with garden) in the ‘Availability’ section of the visual tool. By clicking on the arrows, you can see the different features of each flat and the characteristic element that sets them apart.
• Material configurator: allows you to change the optional materials in the rooms, such as the door frames and flooring of the flat, to personalise the experience. It can be accessed via button 03 in the ‘Availability’ section and includes a sidebar for quick scrolling through rooms and a menu for selecting optional materials.
• Gallery: offers interior and exterior images of the development and the flats. Once inside this menu, use the side arrows to move from one image to another. You can also change images by clicking on the vertical circles on the right-hand side of the screen.
• Location: shows the location of Romero on the map and various distances so that you can see its exact location in relation to road connections and nearby towns.
• 360 RLQ: this rotating map shows the main services of interest in the vicinity of the development. Simply click on any point on the screen, hold and drag in any direction to rotate the map.
• 360º Romero: a 3D map of the development. From the general exterior view, you can take a virtual tour of the interior of two of the apartments. Click on the sign for either apartment and follow the instructions on the screen to move around the interior of the property using your mouse.
• Comparator: shows the floor plans of all available properties so you can analyse their features and compare them with each other.

1. Select the properties you are interested in by clicking on ‘Compare’ in the top right-hand corner of each floor plan.
2. Press the icon of a circle with two rectangles inside it in the top right-hand corner of the screen. The selected floor plans will be displayed on the same screen so that you can compare them. You can also filter by features.
3. Use the arrow button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to display the features menu.
4. Enter the information you are interested in (bedrooms, surface area and floor plan) and click on ‘Filter’. The tool will display the properties that meet those characteristics.
