For Azotea Group, this project represents an opportunity to bring their concept to an iconic location, adapting the cuisine to different spaces and moments while maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail. 

Culinary experiences at El Lago Club 

El Lago Club’s restaurant will feature three carefully crafted gastronomic proposals, designed to offer varied experiences and allow each guest to find the option that best suits their plan and moment. Each concept will be designed to adapt to different settings, times of day, and seasons, creating a dynamic culinary experience. 

The main concept, the restaurant with a distinct identity, will focus on a product-driven Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, where quality and creativity take center stage. The menu will evolve throughout the year, adapting to the seasons and the best available produce. 

At the same time, a more informal concept will be offered in the beach area, with simple and comfortable dishes ideal for enjoying by the lake. 

Additionally, there will be a specialized catering service for large events and projects, tailored to the size and unique characteristics of the club, allowing guests to enjoy the culinary offerings during celebrations and private gatherings. This structure ensures that every visitor can experience the culinary option that best fits their moment and plan, making a visit to El Lago Club a complete and memorable experience.
